EL testing before and after Lamination to ensure "Zero" micro cracks. Monitoring before final inspection, continuous line monitoring, and video/photo records for each cell and panel.
After the lamination process, a complete inspection of the solar panel is performed. Panels are recalled back to the previous process if any defect occurs.
A final test before packing, including temperature, power, voltage, current, and other related tests, to ensure a 0~+5W Positive Power Tolerance.
